Herve Berdou is the Chief Operating Officer at Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS). He is responsible for Operations and Research & Development (R&D) across all PPS sites in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Berdou has close to three decades of experience across global businesses. Prior to joining PPS, he worked as the Global Head of Operations, Cell and Gene Technologies - USA, Europe and APAC at Lonza, Site head, Lonza Biologics - New Hampshire, USA and VP Technical Operations & Site Head at Novartis - Colorado, USA. Before leading Novartis, Mr. Berdou held senior leadership roles in other business verticals at AstraZeneca, including Procurement, Executive Director & General Manager and Site Director and Global Procurement Director.

Mr. Berdou holds a Bachelor degree in economics and Politics Degree and a MBA in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Grenoble University, France.
