The facility is dedicated to designing, developing, and manufacturing customized premixes for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and food and beverage applications, with a wide range of packaging options for solids, liquids, and sachets for both human and animal nutrition segments. We offer bulk packing in containers ranging from 500 grams to 25 kilograms for solids and 100 milliliters to 1000 liters for liquids.
Our oral solid capabilities include Plain & Sugar-Coated tablets, Strip Packs, Blister Packs & Bottle packs and spray drying of Straight Vitamin powders. We cover a wide range of liquids as Oral Liquids Formulations, Clear liquids, Suspensions with options in packing of 10 ml to 400 ml bottles.
Key features include dispensing and sampling booths with RLAF and Class 100,000 areas, a warehouse with independent storage areas in each manufacturing block, separate areas for materials under test and approved materials, and separate cold storage areas at < 25°C, 8°C to 15°C, and 2°C to 8°C.
Our labs are equipped with Raman spectra, HPLCs, AAS, GC, UV-Spectrophotometer etc. and Microbiological testing facilities. Accreditations & Certifications: USFDA (for dietary ingredient), WHO-GMP, IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), FSSC 22000, Codex GMP, Kosher, Halal (MUI & India), SMETA, RSPO, UNICEF, WFP, GAIN. etc. All plants and offices are connected globally with LAN & SAP ECC 6 version.
