Operational Model

Full Service Lab Units
The lab units are spacious with 12 fume-hoods along with an integrated engineering and central services support. The modularity of this design enables customising client-experience.
Starting Materials & Supply Chain
Our dedicated procurement team works both locally and internationally with qualified suppliers to ensure faster procurement timelines. Our sourcing office in Shanghai, China facilitates this process. Our services site being in the SEZ enables faster custom clearance of our materials.
IP/IT Security
Our IP security model is designed to protect IP during the project lifecycle and beyond. Key steps in this direction include the following:
- CDA signed with all employees (if required, CDA’s can be executed directly between clients and project teams at Piramal)
