Clinical Phase API - High Potency APIs

Pharma Solutions carry out the synthesis and GMP manufacture of high potency APIs at their Grangemouth site in Scotland, UK. The site is equipped with fully segregated  6  GMP suites of which 3 are utilised for small molecule high potency API manufacturing and 3 are utilised for Antibody Drug Conjugates manufacturing.

Of the 3 small molecule suites, one is dedicated to manufacture of high potency prostaglandins and two others are utilised for synthesis of cytotoxic APIs. All powder handling is done in rigid frame glove box systems with integrated operations to minimise solid material handling and isolation till the final stage. Reactors of 200L-600L can be sited in the GMP suites with ability to supply both clinical and commercial niche cytotoxic APIs
