Clinical Phase API - GMP/non-GMP API Supply

Pharma Solutions have a number of  kilo labs and pilot plants at the sites in Torcan (Toronto) , UK and India. The Torcan (Toronto) and UK site has kilo labs with equipment of upto 50L scales and pilot plants with reactors from 200L – 2000L. The Torcan (Toronto) site has hydrogenation capacity from 200L-800L reactors and a combination of  Stainless steel and Glass/Glass lined reactors for scale up of different reactions. The temperatures handled range from –70 deg C to +140 deg C at pilot plant scale reactors. The Torcan (Toronto) and Chennai sites are also equipped with large scale prep HPLCs.

The Chennai site has reactor scales of upto 6000 litres and can carry out synthesis of early intermediates at large scale levels which can further be finished into API at Torcan (Toronto) at UK sites also.
Supply of both non-GMP material for tox studies and for early intermediates can be carried out from the kilo labs and pilot plants. Routine supply of GMP material for clinical trials is carried out from these sites amongst which the Torcan (Toronto) site has been inspected by the USFDA a number of times over its history.
