Torcan (Toronto) site (Canada)

The Torcan (Toronto) site is the flagship site for process development, scale up and Clinical Phase API supply. The site is equipped with 2 Kilo labs with upto 50L scale and 2 GMP pilot plants with scales upto 2000 L reactors. The site has over 30 years of experience in carrying out a number of chemical reactions, can carry out high pressure hydrogenation on site and also cryogenic processes upto –75 deg C. Fully supported by R&D labs and QC labs including ICH stability studies, the site employs over 110 personnel and has been audited by the USFDA a number of times.

Morpeth and Huddersfield sites (UK)

The Morpeth site can carry out preformulations studies, process scale up and manufacture and final API powder processing.

The site is equipped with a range of equipment such as SEM, DVS,XRPD etc for material characterisation studies
GMP manufacturing of upto 2000 litres reactors scale can be carried out across 3 pilot plants. API finishing is carried out in Class 10,000 environment, milling of API using Jet mill system is also possible.

A range of reactor sizes, reaction capabilities and pilot plants is available at the Huddersfield site which supports the Morpeth site in process development and scale up.

Chennai Site (India)

Our Chennai site in India has been recently expanded to accommodate greater scale and larger number of concurrent processes for scale up studies.

The site has kilo labs with scale upto 50 litres, pilot plants with scale upto 500 litres and has access to commercial plants with reactor sizes from range of 1000-5000 litres at the site.

The site carries out synthesis of advance intermediates for use in processes at other sites and also supply of full finished API and employs over 130 personnel across different functions.
