Program Management

We believe in an integrated and seamless program management system. We have a unique model of pre-sales stage involvement by the Program Manager prior to winning the contract in order to maintain continuity of relationship and a coordinate execution with complete ownership.

Our program management is based on the following principles:

• The program manager has a 360° view of the project and is the "go-to" person for the customer for all project related matters - at all times.
• The program manager is the "Single Point of Contact" for all ongoing projects, supported by an organization structure that allows easy access to senior management.
• Program managers possess both technical and commercial skills-effectively a talent pool of Chemists/Engineers/MBAs.
• On-site program manager(s) ensure a complete understanding of customer issues and appropriate resolution for complex projects.
