Pharma Solutions has a dedicated team of Continuous Improvement Professionals who are tasked with achieving business process improvements in line with the management goals across various areas.

Following are some of the key initiatives undertaken by this team:

• "Manthan" which means continuous churning. This is an initiative for driving operational excellence through continuous improvements in Shop Floor, Supply Chain and Support functions.
• "Parivartan" which means transformation. This is an initiative to create value through productivity improvement across operations from entry of raw material to dispatch of final product. This initiative is driven by a team of in-house Six Sigma experts supported by subject matter experts

As well as these initiatives, the team also focuses on Integrated Sourcing Operation, Reduction in Cost of Manufacturing and Shop Floor productivity improvement
