Overview
Pharma Solutions has been at the forefront in development of a chiral technology toolkit for asymmetric synthesis of chiral molecules. A team of researchers at Huddersfield, UK and Mumbai, India are engaged in commercialization of a number of exciting Technology Platforms such as CATHy (Catalytic Hydrogenation), SCRAM (racemisation of unwanted enantiomers) etc.
The group has been utilizing biocatalysis for selective synthesis for a number of years and has a number of commercial products manufactured using enzymes. Access to a large library of enzymes and expertise with cloning/mass production of enzymes in bioreactors enables us to continuously push the boundaries in achieving step changes in manufacturing economics of commercial products.
